Andrew Joseph is a general assignment reporter at STAT. Prior to joining STAT at its founding in 2015, he worked for the San Antonio Express-News and the San Francisco Chronicle. He was part of the STAT team that was named a Pulitzer Prize finalist for their reporting on the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic. Andrew graduated from Dartmouth College and has covered everything from crime to health policy.
